I thought I would share our
Santa themed dining room with everyone.

If you still need a few last minute
splashes of holiday color...
(It's never too late to add a little holiday magic!)

THIS is the post for you!!

For a festive holiday chandelier,
add greenery, fake or real
a few jingle bells and lots of pretty ribbon!!

Gingham is my favorite...I always lean that way when picking out ribbon...

Let the ribbon move and flow naturally through the arms of the chandelier.
I like to add contrasting bright
Christmas red ribbon to each arm with a beautifully tied bow.

Stringing jingle bells onto ribbon is a great way to add a little shine and
sparkle to your chandelier.  Every time a bell rings...

Need a fancy place to eat??

Try slipping on a Santa hat chair cover!!

Using red and white felt
I made these adorable Santa hat chair covers!!

You will need enough felt to make a front and a back.
The amount of felt needed will depend
on the size/dimensions of your chairs...

Felt is sold  by the yard at most fabric stores.
For the four chairs shown I used
just a little more than 2 yards of red felt.

Cut matching fronts and backs
to match the size and desired length of your chair cover.

The shape I cut out resembles a pointed pillow case. (see below)

Be sure to allow about an inch on each side for seam allowance.

Using straight stitches,
sew along the edges, leaving the bottom open.

Finish with a little white trim and a pompom for
the hat and you'll be ready for a show-stopping meal in no time!!

Wishing you and yours a beautiful holiday season!!

I appreciate you reading the blog!!  I really, really do!!

Merry Christmas!!!
